Compliance with Safety Requirements and Laws
The Small Unmanned Aircraft Order (Hong Kong Law Chapter 448G) came into force on 1 June 2022. For conducting advanced operations, an organization’s remote pilots must hold an advanced level qualification. Additionally, to perform various specified advanced operations, the organization must obtain a relevant permit from the Civil Aviation Department ("CAD"), known as the Advanced Operations Permit ("AOP").
Advanced unmanned aircraft operations must be conducted by institutions that have received appropriate training and hold advanced operation certificates and permits; otherwise, such operations shall be deemed illegal. We hold Advanced Operations Permits for Building Surveying/Inspection Operations (AC-005) and Aerial Surveying or Aerial Filming Operations (AC-006), and prioritize operational safety and legality as our top priorities. We have also purchased unmanned aircraft insurance covering third-party liability (for personal injury and/or death).
《小型無人機令》(香港法例第448G章)已於2022年6月1日生效。為了進行進階操作，組織的遙控駕駛員應持有進階等級，並且要執行各種規定的進階操作，該組織必須獲得民航處（“CAD”）的相關許可證，稱為進階操作許可（ “AOP ”）。
進階無人機作業必須經過適當培訓並擁有進階操作證書及許可的機構進行，否則應視為不合法操作。我們持有建築物測量／檢驗操作 (AC-005) 以及空中測量或空中拍攝操作 (AC-006) 的進階操作許可，視營運安全和合法性為首要。 亦為購買了針對第三方責任（人身傷害和/或死亡）的無人機保險。
